MSF is strengthening its Ebola Emergency Response Pool to ensure we can rapidly deploy experienced international staff whenever and wherever Ebola outbreaks occur. We are looking for highly motivated professionals who are prepared to deploy at short notice to support emergency Ebola response operations, currently with anticipated needs in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
By joining the Ebola Emergency Response Pool, you become part of a dedicated roster of professionals prepared for rapid deployment during Ebola outbreaks. **Selected candidates will undergo the necessary recruitment and preparedness process before being considered for deployment as operational needs arise.**Assignments may involve working in highly challenging environments with strict infection prevention and control measures, multidisciplinary teams, and rapidly evolving operational contexts.
The current Ebola response requires flexibility regarding deployment duration and post-assignment procedures. At present, deployments are expected to include:
Operational procedures and travel regulations may change according to the epidemiological situation and national regulations. Candidates should therefore be prepared for changes before or during deployment.
