For our location in Venlo, we are looking for a
Group Internal Auditor (m/f/d) Ad Interim
to join us at the earliest possible date on a full-time basis. Your Responsibilities
Internal Audits
- Prepare and maintain the periodic audit plan.
- Plan and conduct audits across the Group.
- Perform compliance, system, and management audits.
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings.
- Identify weaknesses, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Process Optimization
- Ensure proper and efficient business process execution.
- Analyse existing processes and identify optimization potential.
- Advise management on process improvements and internal control matters.
Compliance
- Monitor adherence to compliance policies throughout the AUMUND Group worldwide.
- Identify compliance risks and support the implementation of corrective measures.
- Monitor and oversee compliance with the Group's Code of Conduct and related internal compliance policies.
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of compliance processes and standards.
Sanctions & Restricted Party Screening
- Monitor and oversee sanctions list screening processes across the Group.
- Ensure compliance with applicable national and international sanctions regulations.
- Review potential matches, escalate findings where required, and support the implementation of corrective actions.
ESG Reporting
- Coordinate and support the Group's voluntary Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Reporting activities.
- Monitor ESG-related data collection, reporting processes, and documentation.
- Support management in enhancing transparency and sustainability-related reporting standards.
Management Letters
- Monitor the timely and complete resolution of management letter findings issued by external auditors across Group companies.
- Develop and recommend improvements related to management letter observations and follow-up activities.
Additional Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver presentations.
- Formulate recommendations and track the implementation of agreed actions.
- Create transparency across projects and organizational units through analysis and reporting.
Your Profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a comparable field.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
- Excellent communication and advisory skills.
- Strong analytical and structured approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and interact confidently with management and stakeholders.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken; German and Dutch language skills are considered an advantage but are not mandatory.
- International mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across national and international entities within the Group, combined with a willingness to travel as required.
