We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-driven Inside Sales Representative who takes pride in getting things right the first time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with technical detail, supporting customers with care, and ensuring accuracy in every quote, order, and interaction.
You will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive not just a fast response—but the right solution.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or technical sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred but not required
Electrical background (e.g., electrical technology, engineering, industrial distribution)
Experience with electrical components, transformers, or industrial automation products
Experience using ERP and/or CRM systems (SAP, Epicor, Salesforce, etc.)
Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial distribution environment
