Your New Area of Responsibility
The Early Years department of the International School Braunschweig-Wolfsburg offers children from all over the world a safe, welcoming and stimulating learning environment. In small groups, we support preschool-aged children as they explore, grow and settle into school life within an international setting where English is the language of instruction.
Our educational approach focuses on early childhood development through a holistic concept. Creative activities, physical development and play-based learning are combined with social learning, cultural diversity and individual support tailored to each child’s needs.
As an Early Years educator, you actively shape daily routines, support learning and development processes and work closely with colleagues and parents. You contribute your ideas, encourage each child individually and help create an environment where curiosity, confidence and joy in learning can thrive.
