We are looking for a new Commercial & Customer Support to join the Supply Chain department in Navegantes. This position will be responsible for managing customer service activities and support commercial operations.

The main duties include:

• Customer registration and contact updates.
• Incoterm/Transport Management.
• Product Invoicing.
• Grow customer relationship.
• Revise POs process.
• Manage area KPIs.
• Support SAP system improvement initiatives.

Who are we looking for?

• Studies in International trade, Logistics or similar.
• 2 years of experience in customer service or commercial support.
• Office 365 experience.
• English skills, both written and spoken, are a plus
• SAP experience is a plus.
