We are currently looking for a new IT Assistant to join our team in Navegantes, Brazil. Inthis role, as Helpdesk, you will provide essential support to our Spain international team, handling key Helpdesk functions and contributing to the operation of our IT services. You will develop the following main functions, among others:

Configuration of new equipment (PCs, phones, printers, etc.).
Management of the internal network.
Assistance in the maintenance and maintenance of the correct functioning of computer systems (servers, network...).
Repair and configuration of computer systems.
Finding and obtaining solutions to concerns and problems requested by employees.
Setup of the servers at the facilities in Brazil.
Support Spanish international team.

Who are we looking for?

Studies in Information Technologies or similar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a helpdesk position or similar.
Intermediate level of spoken and written English.
Experienced in Office 365.
SAP experience will be a plus.
