On an equal footing. - Application process Application submission - 1. interview- 2. interview- Starting work - Work location - E-mail contact - Weitere Informationen unter: THE POSITION - This is what we are all about As a Junior Consultant Construction Management & Engineering (CM&E) (m/f/d) at Groenewout | a member of EPG, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and construction of modern logistics buildings and warehouse facilities. Your responsibilities include conducting analyses, gathering data and preparing reports that contribute to the development of logistics concepts, building designs and layouts. You will collaborate with logistics consultants, architects and technical design teams to develop architectural layouts and proposals, ensuring that building layouts, technical installations and material flows are seamlessly aligned with logistics processes. THE TASKS - You make a difference - You support the design of distribution centers by collecting and analyzing data and preparing reports that contribute to the development of logistics concepts, building layouts and warehouse designs. - You translate logistics concepts into architectural layouts and building designs, ensuring that logistics processes and building functionality are fully aligned. - You collaborate with logistics consultants, architects and engineers to develop efficient logistics buildings that combine operational requirements with technical feasibility. - You maintain a structured archive of drawings, permits, reports, schedules, and contract documents. - You support the preparation of technical specifications, tender documents and project documentation. - You prepare and maintain minutes of project meetings, noting, distributing, and following up on action points within the architectural team. - You identify risks and bottlenecks in the design and construction process, propose practical improvements and support the Senior Consultant in developing suitable solutions. THE REQUIREMENTS - What makes you successful - You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Construction Management & Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building Services Engineering (E-W-S) or a comparable technical discipline. - You have gained initial experience working with a property developer, general contractor or architectural firm through internships, student jobs or professional employment. - You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications. - You combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a collaborative and proactive working style. - You communicate confidently in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
