Together with your team, you will be responsible for introducing our Supply Chain Execution Suite EPG ONE to our customers. Your tasks will be as follows: - You lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for enterprise-grade logistics software, WMS, and voice-picking solutions. - You develop detailed project plans, schedules, allocate resources, and define risk management strategies to ensure successful project delivery. - You coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables, while monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and providing regular status updates. - You identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies while ensuring technical requirements are met and managing changes in scope, schedule, and costs. - You facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment and a shared understanding of project goals. - You drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices in project management, agile methodologies, and quality control. - You conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Your profile includes the following qualifications: - You have a degree in Computer Science, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a PMP or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus. - You have 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the logistics, supply chain, or software development sectors. - You possess a solid understanding of enterprise-grade logistics software, WMS, and voice-picking technologies. - You are proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project and others). - You have strong organizational skills, with great attention to detail and the ability to multitask. - You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and approach challenges with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. - You are fluent in English and Spanish.
