You will be a key driver of our rapid growth, responsible for owning the full sales cycle and selling our portfolio to enterprise customers. The ideal candidate is a proven hunter with a track record of closing deals and building a robust pipeline within the logistics and supply chain sector. THE TASKS - You make a difference - Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for your assigned territory to achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets. - Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing contracts. - Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, understand customer pain points, and stay ahead of market trends. - Serve as a key account manager for strategic customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for account growth. - Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and virtual events to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads. - Collaborate closely with internal teams and provide regular reporting to senior leadership on sales performance, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy. THE REQUIREMENTS - What makes you successful - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of proven, quota-carrying sales experience in a B2B environment, with a track record of success in business development or as a Sales Manager. - Deep industry knowledge of the US logistics, warehousing, and supply chain sector. - Strong technical aptitude and ability to articulate the value of complex software, hardware, and cloud solutions. - Exceptional presentation and demonstration skills, with proficiency in virtual and in-person settings. - Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. - Self-motivated, competitive, and resilient with a proven ability to build rapport and close complex deals. - Willingness and ability to travel domestically as required. - Full professional proficiency in English is required.
