In Pulaski are our specialists for imaging, digital printing and release papers. In addition to sales and distribution for North America, the more than 100 employees take care of converting and packaging for the domestic market.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for accounting, controlling, tax and treasury in the US.
• Development and establishment of a future-oriented, KPI-based finance function.
• Leading and developing a multi-site finance organization with 3 employees.
• Optimization of controlling structures (including operations, sales, investment controlling)
• As part of the Group Finance team, design global processes, structures and systems & tools that accelerate the Groups financial performance.
• Business Partner: Close cooperation with CEO, business segments, operations and other stakeholders.
• Management of forecasting, financial planning and reporting processes
• Responsibility for financial stability and compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including tax laws.
• Driver of cultural transformation of the finance organization.

Requirements:

· Degree in business administration, finance, controlling or similar; MBA preferred

· Several years of Management Experience in Finance of an international manufacturing company

· In depth knowledge of the US GAAP, Tax and Treasury

· Experience in transformation and change processes

· Hands-on mentality with a strategic mindset

· Strong communication skills in dealing with diverse stakeholders

· Ability to travel (moderate; approx. 2 x year to Germany, more frequently to Canada)

· Strong knowledge of SAP and comfortable in other digital tools

· Preferred experience in owner-managed structures or medium-sized corporations

· Experience in manufacturing environment highly preferred

· On-site position in Central New York location with limited remote work

· Modern understanding of leadership (cooperative, team-strengthening, ownership-oriented)

· High degree of personal responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and the willingness to drive change

· A "cultural match" with a high level of credibility in change and sustainable leadership is sought
