WHAT TO EXPECT

You will represent the subject area of human resource management and teach in the department’s bachelor’s and master’s programmes.

You will conduct research in the field of human resource management, particularly on current developments.

You will inspire students and contribute to the development of teaching, e.g. through digitised teaching arrangements.

By delivering courses in English and taking an international perspective, you will support the university’s internationalisation strategy.

Last but not least, you will take on responsibilities in the self-government of the university and contribute to cooperative interaction at the department.

YOUR BACKGROUND

Your expertise is based on completion of a degree in business administration, psychology or a comparable subject, and a recognised doctorate.

You have several years’ practical professional experience in human resources management.

You have knowledge of organisational and personnel psychology and, ideally, practical experience in human resources development and training and continuing education management.

You have published in the field of human resource management and have ideally designed research projects.

By getting involved in research and collaborative projects with regional companies, you can expand your existing network and distinguish yourself with a high level of commitment, social skills and interdisciplinary cooperation
