Operations Manager

inomed Inc. is a leading medical device company that continues to grow and is seeking an additional Operations Manager. We develop and manufacture products and treatments in the fields of intraoperative neuromonitoring, functional neurosurgery, pain therapy, and neurological diagnostics. We are committed to delivering the highest level of patient care by providing surgeons with equipment to protect and maintain the functionality of the central nervous system.

We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a self-starter, motivated to learn how a company is built from the ground up. You will have the possibility to “wear multiple hats” throughout the workday and gain experience in all parts of the business. You can incorporate your own ideas and see your impact as the company grows. This job will be very multifaceted and carry a lot of responsibility. You should be able to prioritize tasks based on the business’s needs.

Previous commercial experience is a plus, especially in working with ERP systems. However, you will get the training and support you need to handle a wide range of tasks. This position at inomed could be the start of an ambitious career path with versatile possibilities. What you will do:

Process all inside sales activities from inquiry to invoicing
Manage stock, purchasing process and goods receipt
Handle incoming calls and messages in a professional and timely manner
Assist Managing Directors with daily corporate operations
Prepare reports and forecasts
Identify potential for process optimization
Assist with tradeshow coordination
Assist with marketing activities – Responsibility for accuracy and consistency of online presence and marketing materials
Develop local supplier base and maintain office supply

Your attributes:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Communications or comparable
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Basic understanding of commercial principles
ERP experience preferred
Microsoft Business Dynamics 365
Exceptional client service focus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinking capabilities
Willingness and ability to learn and understand the corporate systems
Influential team member who can also work independently
Proactive self-starter
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a very busy environment

Work location:

This is an office-based position in our Westchester, IL office
Office hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
