Global Senior EHS Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and standardize global EHS programs with focus on laser safety and cleanroom environments
- Ensure compliance with international regulations (ANSI, OSHA, IEC, ISO) across all sites
- Act as Laser Safety Officer (LSO) or oversee site LSOs
- Drive audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations in high-risk environments
- Partner with Engineering and Operations to integrate safety into processes
- Monitor EHS KPIs and report performance to senior leadership
- Lead and develop global EHS teams and drive a strong safety culture
- Support sustainability and environmental compliance initiatives
Your profile:
- Degree in EHS, Engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of EHS experience in high-tech or manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of laser safety, cleanroom standards, and international regulations
- Experience implementing EHS programs across multiple sites globally
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; willingness to travel internationally (~30%)
