For our Global Service Organization, we are looking for a qualified candidate to join us as
Global Service Process Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Own and continuously improve the global Service Quote-to-Cash process across CRM and ERP systems
- Define and govern global service processes, standards, KPIs, and best practices to ensure consistency across all regions
- Lead process design and represent Global Service in ERP harmonization and digital transformation initiatives
- Drive governance of installed base and master data to ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
- Partner with Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to optimize pricing, spare parts, and end-to-end service processes
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate workflows using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Establish change management, documentation, and training frameworks to support global process adoption
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in global service operations, business process management, or transformation programs
- Proven ownership of Quote-to-Cash processes in a service or aftermarket environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or Finance & Operations) or comparable ERP/CRM platforms
- Experience leading ERP harmonization or enterprise system transformation projects
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional global teams without direct authority
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
