For our IT Organization at our Burbach site, we are looking for a qualified candidate to join us as
IT Business Analyst (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Partner with business departments to analyze requirements and deliver innovative IT solutions
- Analyze, model, and optimize business processes using BPMN standards
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of business processes within existing IT systems
- Prepare functional specifications, user documentation, training materials, and work instructions
- Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new software solutions
- Monitor project progress, support software releases, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience as an IT Business Analyst or IT Project Manager
- Experience in business process analysis and optimization using BPMN
- Solid knowledge of project management, including resource, schedule, and risk management
- Experience creating functional specifications, user documentation, and training materials
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; German is an advantage
