For our Project Management Organization at our Burbach site, we are looking for a qualified candidate to join us as
Project Manager (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional technical projects in an international environment
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate collaboration between Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while managing project changes effectively
- Support business improvement, digitalization, and organizational change initiatives
- Prepare project reports and communicate status, risks, and key milestones to stakeholders
- Facilitate collaboration across global teams to ensure successful project execution
Your profile:
- University degree in Engineering or another technical discipline
- 3–5 years of experience managing technical or engineering projects in a manufacturing environment
- Professional project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, or Agile/Scrum
- Knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes and technical documentation
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, PCB diagrams, and system interconnection drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar)
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and good in German
