Sales Account Manager – Labels & Graphics (EMEA)

At Loparex, you sell more than release liners; you sell the reliability behind the labels and graphics your customers put their name on. As Sales Account Manager you own a portfolio of regional accounts in the Labels & Graphics market and act as the local face for global accounts in your region. You report directly to the Sales Director EMEA and get genuine room to shape your own account strategy: you know your customers, you build the plan, and you make it happen.
What you'll do
- Own and grow your account portfolio: you build the relationships, write the account plans and deliver on your growth targets and KPIs.
- Act as the trusted local contact for Labels & Graphics customers and their production sites; the person they call first.
- Spot opportunities before others do: gather and analyze market and competitor intelligence and translate it into concrete commercial action.
- Coordinate closely with the Market Director, Product Solutions, customer service and supply chain, so forecasting, order management and issue resolution run smoothly for your customers.
- Track your performance against the annual plan and account plans and adjust course when the market shifts.
What you bring
- A proven track record in B2B account management (around 10 years), ideally in labels & graphics, release liners or an adjacent specialty materials industry.
- Credibility at every level; you are as comfortable on the plant floor as in the boardroom, and you build strategic customer relationships that last.
- An analytical mindset: you back your plans with data and metrics, not gut feeling alone.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages relevant to your region are a strong plus.
- Energy and independence: this is a field role with 60%+ travel in your region, and you thrive on being out with customers.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- You are based in the Netherlands or Germany. Please note: this role is only open to candidates eligible to work within the EU; applications from outside the EU cannot be considered.
