Full Professorship (W3) of Inorganic Chemistry (Chair)

commencing as soon as possible.

The professorship represents the field of Inorganic Chemistry in research and teaching in its entire broadness. We are seeking a candidate who pursues a current, forward-looking, and internationally visible research program in the field of Inorganic Chemistry, which is complementary to the existing research activities at LMU Munich. The successful candidate is expected to conduct cutting-edge research that strengthens existing excellence clusters and research networks within the Department and Faculty, and to initiate and actively participate in new collaborative research projects (e.g., Collaborative Research Centers).

Prerequisites for this position are a university degree, a doctoral degree or a comparable specific qualification, teaching skills at university level, excellent academic achievements and a productive and promising research program.
