The Institute for Financial Innovation & Technology (FinTech) at LMU Munich School of Management conducts cutting-edge academic research and teaching in the area of financial innovation and technology. We cover topics like high frequency trading, cryptocurrencies, financial data science, consumer finance and the application of machine learning in capital markets. We present our research at international conferences and publish in leading journals. We also collaborate directly with the financial industry and the local Munich FinTech scene.

We are looking for highly motivated students to help us with a wide variety of tasks related to teaching and research at the institute for up to 10 hours per week. Your responsibilities with regard to research among others are conducting literature work, data collection, and data analysis. With regard to teaching, you will primarily support us with creating state-of-the-art education material. Other tasks are of administrative nature.
Also possible in a part-time capacity.
