WHAT CONVINCES US

Several years of experience as a Data Architect, Information Architect, Enterprise Data Architect, or in a comparable role with responsibility for data and data platform architectures in complex organizations.
Proven experience in defining data domains, data products, data models, master data concepts, data ownership frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, data quality, data lineage, data privacy, data retention policies, and regulatory requirements.
Experience integrating complex enterprise landscapes, including SAP systems, data platforms, and data integration solutions.
Ability to evaluate architecture decisions holistically with regard to governance, scalability, reusability, data quality, security, and cost efficiency.
Strong ability to facilitate complex data and architecture decisions, align diverse stakeholder interests, and communicate decisions clearly and persuasively across all levels of the organization.
Business-fluent English and very good German or Romanian language skills.

Define and continuously evolve the Enterprise Data Architecture, target state, and multi-year transformation roadmap.
Own the definition and continuous evolution of the target architecture for data domains, data products, data models, and master data.
Establish architecture standards, design principles, and reusable solution patterns across the entire data landscape.
Own the architecture of the new Data Platform and ensure its consistent integration with SAP and other enterprise systems.
Ensure that operational processes, data products, reporting, analytics, and AI solutions are built on a consistent and future-proof data architecture.
Establish enterprise-wide standards for data governance, data ownership, data quality, data lineage, metadata management, and lifecycle management.
Embed data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements as an integral part of all architecture decisions.
