Your tasks:
- Independent, economical and margin-oriented purchasing of goods and services in coordination with the specialist departments, including enquiries, evaluation of quotations and order processing
- Coordination of order requirements, including delivery date monitoring
- Handling of complaints
- Identifying, evaluating and exploiting potential price reductions
- Supporting and maintaining supplier relationships
- Negotiating with suppliers in Germany and abroad
- Drafting and concluding framework agreements
- Operating and maintaining the ERP system
- Assisting in the optimisation of purchasing processes
Your profile:
- Completed training as an industrial clerk
- Experience in purchasing activities desirable
- Confident use of our ERP system Infor LN and common MS Office applications
- Business fluent German and, if necessary, English
- Cost-conscious and solution-oriented approach
- Good communication skills and confident interaction with business partners
- Commitment and team spirit as well as an independent and conscientious approach to work
