We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of:

Koordynator ds. projektów - digitalizacja i CAD (K/M/I) / Project Coordinator - Digitization and CAD (F/M/D)

Responsbilities:

• co-creation and standardization of bills of materials (BOM) within the Polipol Group in cooperation with the digitization team
• concept development in accordance with the assumptions of digitalization and analysis of product logic
• defining design rules and guidelines and coordinating their implementation in factories
• acting as a central coordinator and Key User of Siemens NX and Teamcenter systems (we require experience with CAD/PLM systems, knowledge of Siemens NX and Teamcenter is an advantage, we provide implementation)
• progress reporting and ongoing cooperation with the project team and factories

Requirements:

• higher technical education
• experience in working with CAD/PLM systems (Siemens NX and Teamcenter are welcome)
• ability to think analytically, define problems and propose solutions in industrial processes
• independence in organizing work, monitoring project progress and developing concepts in cooperation with the team
• high communication competence and experience in inter-company and international cooperation
• very good knowledge of English and/or German (min. B1/B2)
• good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• driving license category B and willingness to travel occasionally (after the implementation period – on average once a month to one of the Polipol Group factories and once a quarter to the headquarters in Diepenau

Nice to have:

• knowledge of SAP or other ERP system
• experience in the furniture industry
