Student Assistant in podcast-project (SHK) (m/f/x)

The group of Photonics and Terahertztechnology is working on a new podcast called "Lab Next Door". We are searching for a student assistant to help during the starting phase with audio production and website management.

Scope: part-time
Duration: fixed-term, 31.03.2027
Start: at the earliest possible date

Your tasks:

  • edit and revise (automatically) transcribed interviews
  • post processing of audio files
  • enrich audio files with metadata and organise upload
  • manage podcast webpage

Your profile:

  • enrolled student
  • experience in audio processing software and website maintenance
  • English communication skills (speaking as well as writing)
  • curiosity for technology

Further information:

The opening is for an undergraduate assistant and is governed by § 6 of the Wissenschaftszeitvertragsgesetz (engl. Academic Fixed-Term Contract Act; WissZeitVG). The hourly wage is 15,20 €.The Place of work is Ruhr University Bochum.
