Business Development Manager (m/f/d) e-shelf-labels Poland

What awaits you with us:

You will work remotely from Poland and be responsible for building our market for e-shelf-labels there. You will work closely with our team in Germany while staying close to your customers on site.

• You will acquire new customers in retail, industry and other sectors, and develop new business opportunities.
• You will build long-term customer relationships, identify customer needs and develop suitable solutions.
• You will manage the full sales process, from the initial analysis through to contract closing.
• You will monitor the market, identify trends and turn them into new business opportunities.
• You will represent e-shelf-labels at trade fairs, conferences and customer meetings in Poland.
• You will pursue your sales targets and keep an eye on budgets and costs.

What you bring to the table:

• You have a degree in business administration or a technical field, a comparable qualification, or several years of experience in selling IT or technical products.
• You have experience in business development or sales, ideally with technical solutions that require explanation and consultation.
• You bring strong sales skills, a customer-focused mindset and a good sense for new business opportunities.
• You speak very good Polish and English; German language skills are a plus.
• You work independently, in a structured way and with a strong focus on results.
• You have a valid Class B driving licence and are happy to travel regularly within Poland, around 25% of your working time.
