Machine Operator IN MUSKEGON, MI

We're looking for motivated Machine Operators to operate production equipment, ensure product quality, and help deliver world-class products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. what you will do:

Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production requirements
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and comparators to ensure accuracy
Monitor production output and complete required documentation
Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues
Maintain a clean work area while supporting team and production goals

What you bring:

Highschool Diploma or GED: Required
At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or machine operation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Flexibility to meet changing production needs

What sets you apart:

Automotive or ISO-certified production background
Experience reading blueprints or technical drawings
Knowledge of quality standards and inspection processes
Troubleshooting and equipment adjustment experience
Continuous improvement mindset and strong teamwork skills
