Machine Operator IN MUSKEGON, MI

We're looking for motivated Machine Operators to operate production equipment, ensure product quality, and help deliver world-class products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you're dependable, eager to learn, and ready to make an impact, we'd love to have you on our team.

what you will do:

  • Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
  • Follow blueprints, work instructions, and production requirements
  • Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and comparators to ensure accuracy
  • Monitor production output and complete required documentation
  • Perform basic machine adjustments and report equipment issues
  • Maintain a clean work area while supporting team and production goals

What you bring:

  • Highschool Diploma or GED: Required
  • At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or machine operation
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instruction
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Flexibility to meet changing production needs

What sets you apart:

  • Automotive or ISO-certified production background
  • Experience reading blueprints or technical drawings
  • Knowledge of quality standards and inspection processes
  • Troubleshooting and equipment adjustment experience
  • Continuous improvement mindset and strong teamwork skills
