Branch Manager Sales [m|f|d]
The position is supporting the people management of the South African IT consulting and sales branch.
Working closely with Management, you will define the sales strategy for the coming years and be responsible for further developing the strategic sales direction.
Your tasks
- Leadership of the local sales team & development of team structures, roles, and competencies
- Ensuring employee retention, motivation, and performance
- Sales management for the sales department in South Africa, in close collaboration with business and sales management in Germany
- Supporting the sales team in managing new and existing customers
- Focus on developing and expanding sales activities in South Africa
- Organizing and taking part in national and international career and sales fairs
- Supporting for operational processes, resource planning, and utilization in cooperation with organizational units
- Implementation and compliance with processes, standards, and KPIs
- Regular reporting to management
Your profile
- Successfully completed business studies or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience in a management or senior leadership role, as well as sales experience
- Experience in internationally structured organizations
- Experience in the IT, software, or consulting industry
- Knowledge of ERP, TMS, or logistics software is an advantage
- Experience in medium-sized, owner-managed companies
- Understanding of project-based business, consulting models, or software implementations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Wiligness to travel and training in Kempten (Germany)
- German: Business fluent / native-level proficiency (C1–C2)
- English: Business fluent

Work Environment
You will join a medium size but growing team at our Johannesburg Branch office. In addition you will be in daily contact with, and supported by, your colleagues at our head office in Kempten, Bavaria and several international branch offices from Poland, Spain and Germany.
Kindly note, due to the nature of our operations, all our positions are office based.
