Die Stelle ist ausschließlich in Teilzeit mit bis zu 32 Wochenstunden zu besetzen.

Aufgaben:

  • Aufbau, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung eines modernen Alumni- sowie Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)-Community-Managements zur Vernetzung, Aktivierung und nachhaltigen Bindung relevanter Zielgruppen innerhalb unserer Hochschulgemeinschaft
  • Konzeption, Organisation, Durchführung und Evaluation von Veranstaltungen, Netzwerktreffen, Workshops sowie analogen, hybriden und digitalen Community-Formaten für Alumni und im DEI-Kontext
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung zielgruppenspezifischer Kommunikations-, Beteiligungs- und Community-Maßnahmen zur Förderung von Austausch, Sichtbarkeit und Engagement
  • Eigenständige Entwicklung und Implementierung von Konzepten, Prozessen und innovativen Projekten im Alumni- und DEI-Bereich sowie Mitgestaltung einer offenen, diversen und inklusiven Universitätskultur und Förderung von wissenschaftlichen Entwicklungswegen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen (u.a. Kommunikation, Employer Branding, School of Students and Young Researchers)
  • Aufbau und Pflege nachhaltiger Kooperationen und Netzwerke mit internen und externen Partnern und Partnerinnen aus Wissenschaft, Gesellschaft und Praxis

Profil:

Erforderlich:

  • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium auf Bachelor Niveau in den Bereichen Psychologie, Soziologie, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Kulturmanagement, Public Relations, Bildungsmanagement, Organisationsentwicklung oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige (mindestens zweijährige) einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Community-, Alumni- oder Netzwerkmanagement sowie in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung zielgruppenspezifischer Kommunikations-, Beteiligungs- und Vernetzungsformate
  • Erfahrung in der Planung, Durchführung und Evaluation von Veranstaltungen, Projekten und Community-Formaten sowie in der Mitwirkung an organisatorischen Entwicklungsprozessen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Kommunikationskanälen und Social-Media-Plattformen sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdergruppen und im Aufbau nachhaltiger Netzwerke
  • Mindestens gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) und Organisationsentwicklung sowie die Fähigkeit, neue Projekte und Formate konzeptionell zu entwickeln und umzusetzen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Hochschul-, Wissenschafts-, oder vergleichbaren Umfeld

Alumni & DEI Community Management Specialist (m/f/d)

The position is available exclusively on a part-time basis, with up to 32 hours per week.

Tasks:

  • Establishing, managing and further developing a modern alumni and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) community management system to foster networking, engagement and long-term retention of relevant target groups within our university community
  • Designing, organising, delivering and evaluating events, networking meetings, workshops and in-person, hybrid and digital community formats for alumni and within the DEI context
  • Developing and implementing target-group-specific communication, engagement and community initiatives to promote exchange, visibility and commitment
  • Independent development and implementation of concepts, processes and innovative projects in the alumni and DEI sectors, as well as helping to shape an open, diverse and inclusive university culture and promoting academic career paths
  • Close collaboration with internal departments (including Communications, Employer Branding and the School of Students and Young Researchers)
  • Establishing and maintaining sustainable collaborations and networks with internal and external partners from academia, society and the professional world

Profile:

Required:

  • A successfully completed bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, communication studies, cultural management, public relations, educational management, organisational development or a comparable field
  • Several years’ (at least two years’) relevant professional experience
  • Experience in community, alumni or network management, as well as in the development and implementation of target-group-specific communication, engagement and networking formats
  • Experience in the planning, implementation and evaluation of events, projects and community formats, as well as in contributing to organisational development processes
  • Confidence in using digital communication channels and social media platforms, as well as experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups and in building sustainable networks
  • At least a good understanding of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and organisational development, as well as the ability to conceptualise and implement new projects and formats
  • Very good written and spoken German and English

Desirable:

  • Professional experience in the public sector or in higher education or research
